/ Youth Programs

Arizona OIC holds deeply that investment in our city’s young people is imperative. We have effectively organized and implemented youth programs serving those eligible, ages 14-21, who reside in the City of Phoenix, every summer. Arizona OIC youth programs have delivered services to more than 9,250 disadvantaged youth. We focus on providing youth exposure to career fields that offer opportunities for advancement.

G.A.P. Program

Back to School- Stay in School! Helping Students Achieve Greater Academic Performance: GAP Program.

In partnership with ASU, the NAACP and Maricopa Community Colleges, the OIC is now taking registrations for students Grades K – 8th for the GAP Program. The GAP Program is a series of workshops designed to introduce students to education in a variety of careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

Learning Sessions are held the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 9:00AM – Noon
