Our Young People

Arizona OIC holds deeply that investment in our city’s young people is imperative. We have effectively organized and implemented youth programs serving those eligible, ages 14-21, who reside in the City of Phoenix, every summer. Arizona OIC youth programs have delivered services to more than 9,250 disadvantaged youth. We focus on providing youth exposure to career fields that offer opportunities for advancement.

2nd & 4th Saturday of Each Month

The GAP (Greater Academic Performance) Academy is helping students reach their full potential through fun, engaging, and interactive learning! From January to June, students can enjoy free tutoring, free breakfast, and free lunch at South Mountain Community College.

Our Mission

It is Arizona OIC's mission to help people help themselves through accessible education, career preparation, skills training, and a job placement assistance. Through our services we seek to develop the "whole person" with the goal of self-sufficiency.
Arizona OIC's programs and facilities have provided recruitment, training, job placement assistance, and employee services to the unemployed, unemployed, unskilled, and dislocated worker for more than 57 years.
