Our two-week Culinary Kitchen Basics course is designed to challenge and inspire, providing foundational training that prepares you for entry-level roles in professional kitchens. Our August hospitality class had a total of 10 participants, and was concluded with the graduates providing lunch to AZOIC staff, Board Members, and staff from the Department of Economic Security.

Arizona OIC's programs and facilities have provided recruitment, training, job placement assistance, and employee services to the unemployed, unemployed, unskilled, and dislocated worker for more than 57 years.
