Helping People Help Themselves

What do you do when you see a person asking for money or a meal on the side of the road? If you’re like most people in our community, you may feel a little uncomfortable and uncertain of how you should respond, yet you feel like you should do something.
Our supporters allow Arizona OIC to equip people with education and job skills preparation so they might attain a different life. We’d all prefer to see the cycle of poverty broken, rather than simply alleviated temporarily.
Would you believe that only $150 can fully sponsor a student to earn their GED and open up a lifetime of opportunities previously out of their reach? Arizona OIC’s GED preparation course has a 96% success rate for those who complete the test, compared to the 72% national average. This is just one example of the many programs community leaders like you have provided to our neighborhood through Arizona OIC. Please make your year-end gift today to sponsor a GED student and help us equip unemployed individuals for the job market.
