Microsoft authorized training center
Effective January 2001, the Arizona Opportunities Industrialization
Center is an approved Authorized Testing Center for the Microsoft Office User Specialist
(MOUS)program.
Arizona OIC offers a MOUS Testing site located in the center of the
Phoenix Metropolitan area. You can take all of your Microsoft MOUS certification tests
right at our center.
Becoming MOUS Certified
Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS) exams evaluate your overall
comprehension of Microsoft Office or Microsoft Project applications, your ability to use
their advanced features, and your ability to integrate them with other software
applications.
Identify Your Goals
The first step is to identify your personal goals for certification.
For example, do you want to take one exam to demonstrate a strong knowledge of the
project management tools in Microsoft, or do you want to set a long-term goal to become
a Microsoft Office User Specialist at the master-level?
Assess Your Skills
The second step toward certification is to assess your existing
knowledge of the desktop application.
Generally, core certification exams will test your ability to
complete a wide range of standard business tasks with ease. The expert certification
exams will test your ability to complete complex assignments requiring advanced
formatting and functionality in addition to standard business tasks.
Prepare
The third step is to prepare for the exam. You may want to supplement
practice with training.
