Adult Basic Education
Areas for development are determined by pre-test results,
objectives, training interests and dot code requirements.
Each participant arrives at the Learning Opportunities Center
with his/her counselor and preliminary documentation (Initial Assessment Form;
Individual Service Strategy). The Initial Assessment Form, the primary
instrument most often accepted in the Learning Opportunities Center, determines
the type of services arranged for a participant.
Each section on the Initial Assessment Form establishes the
following:
