Arizona OIC is proud to be an accredited learning center providing a wide range of quality academic and work readiness educational programs. Many classes are free of charge or can be covered by the WIA (Workforce Investment Act) or the GI Bill. Due to the range of programs, our classes have served dislocated workers, high school drop-outs, recent immigrants, and senior citizens, among others. Arizona OIC has effectively organized and implemented programs which serve eligible youth, ages 14-21, who reside in the City of Phoenix for over -- years. Our services have benefited more than 9,250 disadvantaged youth by providing exposure to career fields that offer opportunities for advancement. Arizona OIC’s main objective is to assist clients with identifying, obtaining, and maintaining employment. Our qualified employment specialists assist clients with specific job workshops including resume preparation, interviewing workshops, and problem solving strategies for handling individual workplace issues. To best serve our Veteran clients, Arizona OIC is proud to introduce our newest program, Sullivan’s Place. Sullivan’s Place is comprised of 4 homes located in Phoenix where homeless veterans can stay for 6 months to 1 year while they complete job training and placement assistance programs through Arizona OIC.
